Manufacturer Direct Shipping

Many products offered by One Click Bed ship directly from the manufacturer or an authorized distribution partner. Shipping methods, delivery timelines, and carrier requirements may vary by product. Estimated delivery information shown on product pages should be considered the most accurate shipping guidance for that specific item.

Order Confirmation & Processing

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email. We will pre-authorize your payment method and confirm the item is in stock. Once confirmed, we will process the charges and prepare your shipment. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you via email to discuss your options.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

We aim for transparency in our delivery estimates:

  • Handling Time: Up to 5 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Total Estimated Delivery: Typically 8–10 business days

Order Shipment & Tracking

Once your order leaves the warehouse, we will email you a tracking number within 24 hours. If you have not received tracking information within six business days of your purchase, please contact us at sales@oneclickbed.com.

LTL Freight Delivery Requirements (Large Items)

For adjustable bases and mattresses:

  • Phone Number Required: A valid phone number must be provided at checkout. The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window.
  • Curbside Delivery: Standard freight shipping is Curbside Delivery. Drivers will deliver the item to your curb or driveway and are not permitted to enter your home or assist with setup.
  • Inspection: Please inspect the packaging for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. Report any damages to us within 48 hours.
