Refund policy

At One Click Bed, we want you to shop with absolute confidence. We understand that sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit for your home, which is why we’ve designed a straightforward return and exchange process to ensure your satisfaction.

Policy Overview

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  • 30-Day Window: You may return or exchange any new, unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • Full Refunds: We provide a full refund of the purchase price for eligible returns.
  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees on returned items.
  • Shipping Costs: While we refund the original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please note: Requests made more than 30 days after the delivery date cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin the process, please email our support team at sales@oneclickbed.com.

Once your request is received, we will:

  1. Confirm your eligibility.
  2. Issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Provide the specific return address and step-by-step shipping instructions.

Inspection & Shipping Damage

We highly recommend inspecting your package immediately upon arrival.

  • LTL Freight Shipments (Large Items): If you notice damage, please report it to us within 48 hours. This allows us to file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
  • UPS/FedEx Shipments (Small Items): Damages must be reported within 15 days of delivery.

If your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Cancellations & Refunds

We aim to process all financial transactions as quickly as possible:

  • Cancellations Before Shipping: If you cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Cancellations After Shipping: If the order has already shipped, it must be treated as a return. Once we receive the item back at our facility, your refund will be issued within 7 business days.
  • Deductions: For standard returns, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Return Scenarios

1. Our Error (Defective or Incorrect Item) If we sent the wrong item or the product is defective, One Click Bed will cover all costs. We will ship the correct item immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect/defective product.

2. Buyer’s Error (Change of Mind or Ordered Wrong Item) If you decide you no longer want the item or ordered the wrong model, we can provide a return shipping label for your convenience. Please note that the actual cost of this return shipping will be deducted from your final refund. To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in resellable condition and in its original packaging.

Exchanges

Looking for a different size or model? We make exchanges easy:

  • Email sales@oneclickbed.com within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all original parts/accessories.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the exchange (both the return of the old item and the shipping of the new item).
  • Any price differences or refunds due will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your original item.
